Absolutely terrible, I went there to get my eyebrows done. There were 3 employees, one was managing the desk, and 2 customers, so naturally I waited. After 20 minutes one of the customers left and so my mother asked how long he wait would be. The lady said that the wait was 20minutes because someone, who was not here, made an appointment. The other customer was almost done with her appointment and they still said that the wait was going to be 20 minutes. Totally disgusting. If they already had an appointment they should tell us when we walked in, instead they said it would be a 10 minute wait. Never going to this place again.
It was terrible! My sister and I went to go get our eyebrows done and we came an 2 hours before they closed for the day.. We go in and there are two employees, one working and one at the desk. We ask for a appointment and they say that they won't because they have another customer and thoroughly tell us all that they are going to do with her. I know that If I were that client I would have been embarrassed and fumed. It is not her place to tell what treatments she will do to a patient. Although we realized that this would take some time there would still be a decent amount of time for us. She lost two customers and has a bad review.
I read some of the online reviews and almost didn't go to Starglow. My husband had some work in the area so I decided to check them out. I got my eyebrows done, must admit I was in and out in a jiffy. The ladies were professional and soft spoken, I'm so happy I decided to give them a try. I even recommended them to my friend who was looking for a salon to get her daughter dolled up for Prom evening.
Great place for eyebrow threading! I see a lot of new faces in the staff and everyone is very friendly!

I take my wife here regularly they always squeeze us in even if they are busy. Very kind, competitive prices and above all else they are good at what they do
